I’m Kathryn, and I provide good old-fashioned support to those who don’t understand or share my passion for technology. I do this with a generous helping of common sense, warmth and flexibility.

Why Work With Me?

I'm a woman in a male-dominated industry, so not your average IT person. I launched my tech support business after helping my elderly dad with his tech and soon realised people like him (and me as a sole trader) needed support. So here I am helping small businesses and the over 50s.

My Values

The services I offer you are flexible and very competitive. No job is too small and there’s no such thing as a stupid question. My job is to help you understand your tech, in the most straightforward way possible, without using jargon or blinding you with science.

40 years of experience in IT means I know my stuff and understand the digital world we live in. I also have a passion for gadgets and love keeping up to date with the latest equipment and tech trends, which means my knowledge is always current.
